General: How do I get paid?

When ProZ*Pay receives the funding from your client, you will be notified by email and the funds will be added to your available balance (https://www.proz.com/pay/account/). 

If your withdrawal is scheduled to be immediate, then the payout will be made within one business day after it is funded. (Transfers made after 9:00 GMT (5:00 PM ET); on weekends or holidays may take longer.)

If your withdrawal schedule is set to manual, then you can withdraw your available balance any time by going to the “Account overview” tab of your ProZ*Pay account https://www.proz.com/pay/account/ and clicking the “Request payout” button.

Your withdrawal preferences may be set up through the Settings tab of your ProZ*Pay account or via the following link  https://www.proz.com/pay/account/settings.
