I was informed that I may be having a problem with my payment

  • Please check your available funds on your ProZ*Pay account https://www.proz.com/pay/account/overview
  • Make sure that your payment preferences were added to your ProZ*Pay account so that ProZ*Pay Team can send your payment. You can use the following link to add your preferences: https://www.proz.com/pay/account/settings
  • If your payout is not associated with your ProZ*Pay account please contact ProZ*Pay Team via payments@proz.com and provide your profile ID and ID of the payout to have them associated.
