  • Make sure that your payment preferences were added to your ProZ*Pay account so that ProZ*Pay Team can send your payment. You can use the following link to add your preferences:
  • If your payout is not associated with your ProZ*Pay account please contact ProZ*Pay Team via and provide your profile ID and ID of the payout to have them associated.
