What is translator feedback good for?
- Profile owners have the option to show this feedback in the upper right corner of their profiles to appeal to potential clients who arrive at profile pages.
- A translator or interpreter who opts to show "yes" WWA entries from previous satisfied clients, may be better positioned to turn potential new clients into actual ones, to justify above-average rates, to mitigate the need for performing test translations, etc.
- Having WWA entries is one of the search criteria that can be used by potential clients to find freelancers in the ProZ.com directory.
- This feedback is also useful for outsourcers to manage risk when locating new service providers.
