What is the difference between Connect! jobs and the "classic" job system?

Connect! jobs are those posted via the ProZ.com Connect! platform. Connect! jobs allow outsourcers to define their requirements with more granularity, and to target a job more carefully to desired language professionals. Connect! jobs are shown only to those whose ProZ.com profiles match the requirements defined by the outsourcer.

The "classic" job system refers to ProZ.com's original job posting system. "Classic" jobs are visible to some degree by all site users.
