What are the conditions under which translator feedback can be (requested from / made by) an outsourcer?
The outsourcer must have commissioned a formal translation assignment to the service provider on at least one prior occasion. Feedback entries are not permitted on the basis of a test translation or any other preliminary interactions.
The term "outsourcer" is used here broadly to refer to anyone who passes along a formal translation assignment. This includes not only language companies and end clients, but also translators and interpreters who send work to colleagues when they are busy.
An outsourcer may provide only one WWA entry to each service provider who has worked for them. However, different project managers from a same company can provide feedback on a service provider who has worked on their projects.
