My subscription has been canceled. Does this mean that my membership in ProZ.com has been canceled too?
No. Canceling your subscription from PayPal and terminating your ProZ.com membership are two different things. To cancel your subscription, you should follow the steps described here. To end your membership at ProZ.com before its expiration date, please submit a support request.
