How can I prevent the ProZ.com term search from transliterating diacritics and accented characters?

In some cases, the ProZ.com term search provides a limited ability to transliterate diacritics and accented characters (for example, a search for the term "publica" may return results containing "pública" as well). To disable this feature, select the "match exact phrase" option.
