If I quote on a job and don't get it, will I be informed? How soon?
While some outsourcers may take time to review all the quotes received for a job, and to even send a reply to quoters, others may only contact those whose quotes have been accepted.
If the quote was submitted online through ProZ.com (using the "Submit quote" button on the job posting), the outsourcer will be given the option to review quotes one by one and send a note with their decision:
Note that the outsourcer is not required to do this, and if they choose not to, then you will not receive any notification on whether your job quote was chosen or not.
