Glossaries

How do I move a term from one glossary to another?

To move glossary entries, check the box next to the term(s), click "Move" under the glossary title, choose the destination, and confirm. You can also copy terms from your own or another translator's glossaries.

Go to the My glossaries section and click on the glossary where the terms you want to move are currently located.

If you're on the glossary view, check the box to the right of the term or terms you want to move. Then, click on the "Move" button under the title of the glossary, select the glossary you wish to move your terms to, and confirm.

If you're on the single-term view, you'll see the same "Move" button below the term's header.

You can copy terms as well, both from your own glossaries and from another translator's. When you copy another translator's term, your copy of their entry will be linked back to them from your glossary, and you won't be able to edit it.

Keep in mind that you can only move or copy up to 50 terms (equivalent to one page) at a time.
