How do I enter my rates?

You can report default rates in the "Financial" section of your Profile Updater. 

Also, you can report language-specific rates by clicking on clicking on "Edit rates" next to each language pair in the "Languages" section of your Profile update, http://www.proz.com/settings/languages . A window will pop-up allowing you to enter custom rates for each language pair.
