How can I use browniz?

Browniz contribute to a member's standing in the directory--if two members have the same number of KudoZ points, the one with more browniz is shown first.

Note: As of November 15th 2016, it will no longer be possible to use browniz points to purchase access to Blue Board records, or to be used as a discount towards site membership. See the announcement: http://www.proz.com/topic/308410
