How do I get the green completion mark for feedback/WWA in my profile?

When you have at least one positive feedback entry from a client, your profile updater will show the green check mark for that field. What counts as a positive entry? Both "Yes, I would work with this service provider again." entries, and WWA star-ratings of four or five stars. 

Note that feedback from colleagues is not counted when determining whether to show the green completion mark.
