How can translator feedback be beneficial for both service providers (ie. translators and interpreters) and outsourcers at the same time?
The translator/outsourcer relationship is one of partners, not adversaries. If the translator feedback system leads to faster engagement cycles, fewer test translations, etc., this will be good for outsourcers and service providers alike.
The Blue Board is an example of another tool of benefit to both service providers and outsourcers. Outsourcers who are listed and have received positive entries report a higher degree of trust and shortened project launch cycles among those service providers who reference the Blue Board.
