Why did the customer pay to ProZ*Pay and not directly into my bank account?
Unfortunately, we are unable to explain why your client chose to pay you via ProZ*Pay. They may have used ProZ*Pay in the past to successfully pay other translators and decided to use our service again. Please contact your client/customer to have this clarified.
