I see a balance on my ProZ*Pay account, but there is no option to withdraw, why?
If you see a balance on your ProZ*Pay account without the option to withdraw, it means that this payment is still pending and ProZ*Pay is waiting for the payment to be funded or there is a certain payment date already agreed with the payer.
