ProZ*Pay help is available through the ProZ.com support system

ProZ*Pay understands the importance of transmitting payment to you as efficiently as possible. There will be questions and concerns that come about during the process.

To help support all payers and payees at ProZ*Pay, all requests are being moved into the ProZ.com support system. 

The help center and support tickets are available to help solve your problem quickly. More site staff helping will multiply the personal resources available to you.

Many of your questions can be answered immediately through the ProZ*Pay knowledge base.
