Why I am not allowed to send my application?

The Blue Board Applications system is provided as a service to ProZ.com members only. Full professional and corporate members may submit their applications as part of this system.

Outsourcers may also choose to restrict who can apply by language pair(s), native language(s), working/specialty discipline(s), and country of residence.
