An option appeared allowing me to edit other people's questions. Why?

Some site users who reach a certain number of KudoZ PRO points (500) and do not have any currently active KudoZ-related administrative actions will see options for making corrections to KudoZ questions posted by others. If a question should be Spanish to English but is listed as English to Spanish, go ahead and make the correction.
